  • What is the cost per session?

    For those utilizing private pay, out of network insurance reimbursement, HSAs, or major credit & debit cards, the cost per session is:

    $250 for a Comprehensive Assessment $150 per 50-55 Minute Therapy Session

  • Do you accept insurance?

    Currently, I am in network with

    Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, and Carelon.

    For those with other insurance providers, I can provide super bills for out of network reimbursement, meaning that up to 80% of your out of network, out of pocket costs may be reimbursed to you by your insurance company.

    I also accept HSA cards and all major credit cards.

  • Where are you located?

    In person sessions are located in Raleigh, NC at 8410 Falls of Neuse Road, Suite D, Raleigh, NC 27615. There is plenty of free parking available.

    Telehealth sessions are available for clients located in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Ohio at this time.

  • How often do I need to come to therapy?

    I typically recommend weekly or biweekly sessions to start out, which may move to monthly or as needed later on.

  • If I'm not located in Raleigh, can I do Telehealth therapy?

    Yes! I offer telehealth therapy for clients located in all parts of North Carolina and Ohio.

  • What if childcare falls through?

    If childcare falls through, you are welcome to bring your baby with you to the session, schedule a Telehealth session with baby, and/or reschedule for another day or time. I am a mom too and I get it! Plus I’m not sad when I get to meet your baby in person or via Telehealth!
