Postpartum Therapy

For anxiety, panic, depression, and trauma.

Postpartum can be beautiful and it can also be hard and confusing. When you combine hormonal shifts, physical healing, changes in your roles and relationships, lack of sleep, less access to our typical ways of coping with stress…

It makes sense that it would be a recipe for mental health challenges.

What to Expect

You can expect…

  1. Compassion: I will always meet you with compassion, no matter what you share with me. The last thing we need as new moms is to feel judged!

  2. Normalization: I can let you know what is normal/common among moms, which helps reduce feelings of guilt and inferiority.

  3. Coping Strategies: I’ll help you implement strategies that relate to your specific symptoms, so you can start working on feeling better right away.

  4. Identifying Root Issue: We’ll work to identify and resolve root issues of your symptoms which could include hormonal shifts, lack of support, strain on your relationship, lack of sleep, unrealistic expectations, perfectionism, childhood trauma, birth trauma, etc.
